Change Request Approval Workflow

When a Change Request is submitted, the CR must be approved by each parent Function and ultimately the Project before the change becomes part of the current plan i.e. a new deliverable is not available for progress until the Project Manager or delegate approves the CR for the project.

Users assigned as Manager or granted Administer rights to the parent function or project can approve or reject a change notice on behalf of the Manager at the current level pending approval.

Change Requests are available for approval or rejection in two places in ORMS.
